For contractors and local service businesses
Review management software for contractors and local service businesses.

A practical review workflow
Invite each customer to leave an honest review.
Check request activity and follow up when appropriate.
Draft a response with AI, then make it your own.
Review work, in one workspace
Built for the follow-up between jobs.
CrewHype AI gives contractors and local service teams a focused place to manage requests and prepare thoughtful replies.
Send review requests
Invite customers to leave an honest review after a job. Email requests are available from your workspace.
See request activity
Review recent requests and follow-up activity in one place. If business sender setup is verified and approved and the recipient has opted in, one SMS reminder may be sent about 48 hours later.
Organize past-customer follow-up
CrewHype Pro includes a workspace to import and manage a past-customer audience for follow-up.
Draft replies with AI
Paste in a review to create a reply draft, then review and edit the wording before you use it.
Messaging requirements
SMS requires setup and consent.
SMS requests and reminders are available only after the business sender setup is verified and approved, and each recipient has opted in. SMS is not available before those checks; use email requests when setup is incomplete.
What to expect
You stay in control of review replies.
CrewHype AI does not automatically import Google reviews or post replies to Google. Add your review link to invite customers, and use the AI reply draft as a starting point: review it, edit it, and post it yourself.
Requests are for every customer to leave an honest review. CrewHype does not screen customers by rating or route lower ratings somewhere private.
